We’re a purpose-driven movement, a simple reminder, and a mission. CHECK IN BRO was created with one purpose: to normalize the CHECK IN of bro's checking in on bro's. No stigma. No walls. It’s not a movement of paperwork. It's about taking action.

Our focus is on reaching the men who might never walk into a counseling office or join a support group or who don’t always know how to talk about what’s going on and think they’re the only ones going through it. It’s also for the friends who want to help but don’t always know where to start. With CHECK IN BRO you don’t have to attend a meeting or join a group, you can help Men’s Mental Health in a different way; a CHECK IN.

We aim to make the idea of CHECK IN feel simple, natural, and part of everyday life. It doesn’t have to be big or complicated. It can be a call. A text. A workout. A beer. A coffee. A quick hang. Or just saying, “I’m here.”

There are incredible organizations, foundations, and companies doing important work in men’s mental health. But for many guys, those spaces can feel distant, intimidating, or just 'not for them.' That’s why CHECK IN BRO exists - for the everyday guy. We’re not here to lecture or lead from a podium. We’re here to remind men that connection isn’t weakness; it's essential for normalizing communication and breaking stigma. Men everywhere carry heavy weight in silence, and that silence can cost peace of mind, relationships, and sometimes lives - we want to change that.

This movement isn’t about subscriptions. Instead, it’s about cultivating a culture where reaching out is the norm. Because those moments, the ones that feel small, are often the ones that make the biggest difference.

CHECK IN BRO is not an alternative to existing resources, it’s a complement. Where structured resources are offered, we’re working to spark action and conversation at the ground level, often reaching men who might not otherwise take the first step toward support. By doing this, we’re building a stronger network where showing up for each other and a CHECK IN becomes second nature long before things get too heavy to carry alone.
