We’re a purpose-driven movement, a simple reminder, and a mission. CHECK IN BRO was created with one purpose: to NORMALIZE THE CHECK IN. It's about making it okay and easy for everyone to check in on one another. No stigma. No walls. This is a movement built on taking action, not paperwork.

-THE FOCUS: REACHING THE SILENT MAJORITY

Our focus is on reaching the men who might never walk into a counseling office or join a support group. These are the guys who often don’t know how to talk about what’s going on and feel like they’re the only ones going through it.

It’s also for the friends who want to help but don’t always know where to start. With CHECK IN BRO, you don’t have to be an expert, you can support men’s mental health in a different way: a simple CHECK IN.

-THE STANDARD: ACCESSIBILITY & CONNECTION

We aim to make the idea of a CHECK IN feel simple, natural, and part of everyday life.

There are incredible organizations, foundations, and companies doing important work in men’s mental health. But for many guys, those spaces can feel distant, intimidating, or just 'not for them.' That’s why CHECK IN BRO exists, for the everyday person.

We’re here to remind men that connection isn’t weakness; it's essential for normalizing communication and breaking down the stigma.

This movement isn’t about subscriptions or meetings. It’s about cultivating a culture where reaching out is the norm. Because those moments, the ones that feel small, are often the ones that make the biggest difference.

CHECK IN BRO is not an alternative to existing resources, it’s a powerful complement. We work to spark action and conversation at the ground level, often reaching men who might not otherwise take the first step toward support.

By doing this, we’re building a stronger network where showing up for each other becomes second nature long before things get too heavy to carry alone.
